How To Make Ground Beef Teriyaki Ramen
The all-time favorite ramen is made tastier with this teriyaki ramen! It’s a tasty noodle dish coated in a savory sauce, and made in just 20 minutes.
Brown the ground beef in a heavy-bottomed skillet on medium-high heat for roughly 6 to 8 minutes until cooked through.
Add in the garlic and ginger, then cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add in the white wine, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce. Let the mixture reduce on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until reduced by half the volume.
While the sauce is reducing, cook the ramen for 1 minute shy of the instructions in a microwave-safe bowl.
Steam the broccoli slightly in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes in a covered microwave-safe bowl.
Add the ramen and broccoli to the skillet, then toss together before serving.
Garnish with sesame seeds, serve, and enjoy!
