How To Make Ground Beef Teriyaki Ramen
The all-time favorite ramen is made tastier with this teriyaki ramen! It’s a tasty noodle dish coated in a savory sauce, and made in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1lbground beef,85/15
- 2tbspgarlic,minced
- 1tbspginger,minced
- ¼cupwhite wine
- ¼cupsugar
- ½cupmirin
- ½cuplight soy sauce
- 2packetsramen,seasoning packet discarded
- 8ozbroccoli florets
- sesame seeds,optional
Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a heavy-bottomed skillet on medium-high heat for roughly 6 to 8 minutes until cooked through.

Add in the garlic and ginger, then cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add in the white wine, sugar, mirin, and soy sauce. Let the mixture reduce on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until reduced by half the volume.

While the sauce is reducing, cook the ramen for 1 minute shy of the instructions in a microwave-safe bowl.

Steam the broccoli slightly in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes in a covered microwave-safe bowl.

Add the ramen and broccoli to the skillet, then toss together before serving.

Garnish with sesame seeds, serve, and enjoy!
