- 1 lb sausage meat
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried chili flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the sausage meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, black pepper, chili flakes (if using), and parsley. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle maple syrup over each patty.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the patties are cooked through and golden brown.
