How To Make Veal Chops with Gremolada
Sink your teeth into these succulent veal chops, that are pan-fried with a tangy gremolada, for a filling and luscious dinner meal!

Ingredients
- 3tbspfresh parsley,chopped
- 1lemon,zested, grated
- 1garlic clove
- 3tbspolive oil
- 4veal loin chops
- ½tspsalt
- ¼tspfresh ground black pepper
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the parsley, lemon zest and garlic.

In a large nonstick frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat. Sprinkle the chops with the salt and pepper.

Cook the chops for about 5 minutes per side, until just done.

Serve the chops topped with the gremolada, and enjoy!
