Veal Chops with Gremolada Recipe

How To Make Veal Chops with Gremolada

Sink your teeth into these succulent veal chops, that are pan-fried with a tangy gremolada, for a filling and luscious dinner meal!

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Total: 15 minutes



  • 3tbspfresh parsley,chopped
  • 1lemon,zested, grated
  • 1garlic clove
  • 3tbspolive oil
  • 4veal loin chops
  • ½tspsalt
  • ¼tspfresh ground black pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine the parsley, lemon zest and garlic.

  2. In a large nonstick frying pan, heat the oil over moderate heat. Sprinkle the chops with the salt and pepper.

  3. Cook the chops for about 5 minutes per side, until just done.

  4. Serve the chops topped with the gremolada, and enjoy!
