
How To Make Southern Salmon Patties
There's no need for a pricey meal with these tasty and budget-friendly Southern salmon patties! They're made with eggs and bread crumbs.

Ingredients
- 14¾ oz pink salmon, (1 can)
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground pepper
Instructions

Add vegetable oil to a skillet and preheat medium to medium-high.

Drain the juice off the can of salmon and check for bones. Save the juice in case it is needed later.

Add the chopped onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, lemon juice, and salt and pepper.

Mix the ingredients together and shape into patties.

Fry in vegetable oil for approximately 5 minutes on each side, or until each side is browned.

Place on a paper towel to soak up the grease. Serve and enjoy.
