Make weeknights delightful with these turkey cutlets, seasoned, then breaded with Parmesan and pan-fried in butter until perfectly golden.

  • 16ozturkey breast cutlets,(4 cutlets)
  • 2whites egg,beaten
  • cupbreadcrumbs,seasoned
  • 2tbspParmesan cheese
  • kosher salt and fresh pepper
  • 1tbspbutter
  • 1tspolive oil
  • lemon wedges,for serving


  1. Season cutlets with salt and pepper.

  2. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a medium bowl.

  3. In another bowl beat egg whites.

  4. Dip turkey cutlets in egg whites, then breadcrumb mixture, shaking off excess.

  5. Heat a large nonstick frying pan on medium heat. Add the butter and olive oil.

  6. When butter melts, add the cutlets and cook for about 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
