
How To Make Thai Fish Cakes
In this recipe for Thai fish cakes, salmon is given a sweet and spicy seasoning then fried until golden brown and crisp. Serve as an appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients
- 4packetsChicken of the Sea® Sweet & Spicy Flavored Salmon Pouches
- 5tbspPanko breadcrumbs
- 1egg
- ½tspred curry paste
- 2tbspcilantro,chopped
- Salt and pepper,to taste
- 1tbspolive oil
- *Thai cucumber salad,(see Recipe Notes for recipe)
- Sweet chili sauce,for serving
Instructions

Place the contents of the salmon packets into a large bowl. Stir in the panko, egg, curry paste, cilantro and egg until thoroughly incorporated. Season with salt and pepper to taste if desired.

Shape the fish mixture into 3 patties. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through and lightly browned.

Serve immediately, with Thai cucumber salad and sweet chili sauce on the side.
