A sweet and savory maple glaze adds so much depth of flavor to these skillet pork chops. This one-pan meal even comes with a hearty mix of veggies.

  • 1pkgSmithfield Steakhouse Mushroom Flavored Pork,cut into 1-inch slices
  • 3tbspolive oil,divided
  • salt and pepper
  • ½lbbrussels sprouts,quartered
  • 2sweet potatoes,cut into 1″ cubes
  • ½lbbaby red potatoes,quartered
  • ¼cupdijon mustard
  • cupmaple syrup
  • 1tbspapple cider vinegar


  1. In a large skillet add 1 tablespoon olive oil and add the sliced pork and cook until no longer pink. Remove and set aside on a plate.

  2. Add 2 tbsp olive oil. Add Brussels sprouts, sweet potato and baby potatoes. Sauté until almost fork tender.

  3. In a small bowl whisk together the dijon mustard, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar. Pour on top of the vegetables. Add the pork back to the skillet and heat throughout.
