
How To Make Salmon with Avocado Salsa
This easy pan-fried salmon dish is made special with creamy avocado salsa. It’s simple yet classy, you can have an exquisite dinner dish minus the effort.

Ingredients
- 2tspolive oil
- 4ozsalmon fillets
- Salt and pepperto taste
- 1mediumavocadopeeled, pitted and finely diced
- ½cupred bell pepperfinely diced
- 1tbspred onionfinely diced
- 2tbspfresh cilantro leaveschopped
- 1limejuiced
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.

Place the salmon, skin side up, in the pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

While the salmon is cooking, prepare the avocado salsa.

In a small bowl, mix together the avocado, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir gently until combined.
