My children love this. LOVE. There really isn’t much not to love about it as long as you like peanut butter. I have several different versions of this recipe, but this one is my children’s favorite and it is the simplest to prepare. A win-win situation of you ask me.

How To Make Quick And Easy Spicy Peanut Butter Chicken
This Quick and Easy Spicy Peanut Butter Chicken adds a creamy twist instead of the usual crisp texture. Bite into the sweet and juicy steamed broccoli that gives a fresh balance to a rich dish!
Ingredients
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, or Tamari
- 1 tbsp brown sugar, (if your peanut butter is sweetened skip this)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic, minced
- ½ tsp red pepper, crushed
- 4 cups broccoli
- 4 chicken breasts
Instructions

In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, garlic, broccoli, and red pepper.

Vigorously whisk the mixture until it forms into a smooth consistency. Cover and set aside.

Slice the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

Cut the chicken into strips.

In a pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and brown the chicken.

Dump the broccoli in the pan.

Pour the water into the skillet.

Lower down the heat and tightly cover the pan. Let the chicken and broccoli steam until most of the water is gone.

Dump the peanut butter mixture into the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken.
