Ingredients
- 2½ lb pork, boneless, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 28 fl oz tomatoes, 1 can, diced, undrained
- 16 fl oz chili beans, 1 can, diced, undrained
- 8 fl oz tomato sauce, 1 can
- ¼ cup salsa
- ¼ cup onion, chopped
- ¼ cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp jalapeno pepper, minced
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork in oil; drain. Place in a 5-quart slow cooker; add remaining ingredients.
