How To Make One-Pan Teriyaki Salmon Dinner
Enjoy a juicy bite of this teriyaki salmon, coated in a spicy and sweet homemade teriyaki sauce, and served with tender veggies for a filling meal!

Ingredients
- 2cupsbroccoli florets
- 2cupscarrot,sliced
- 2tbspolive oil
- 2tspkosher salt
- 2tspfreshly ground black pepper
- 2salmon fillets,boneless
- ¾cupbrown sugar,packed
- 3tbspsoy sauce
- ½cuphoney
- 2tbspsesame seed
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

On a baking sheet, combine broccoli, carrots, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly to coat, and then arrange them in the center of the tray in a flat layer.

Lay the salmon fillets on the vegetables.

In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds. Mix until there are no lumps.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Take the salmon fillets off the vegetables and set them aside. Toss the vegetables in the roasting juices.

Glaze the salmon with any remaining juices. Serve and enjoy!
