- 2chicken breasts
- ground black pepper,to taste
- ground cumin,to taste
- ½onion,sliced
- ½cancherry tomato
- â…–cupwater
- ½canchickpeas,drained, washed
- 1zucchini,(courgette)
- 1tbspharissa paste
- 1tsphoney
Instructions

Season the chicken with pepper and cumin powder to taste.

On medium-low heat, cook the chicken in oil with the onion for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally.

Add the cherry tomatoes, water, chickpeas, harissa paste, honey, and zucchini.

Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens.
