How To Make One-Pan Moroccan Chicken

Filled with the pleasant flavors of Morocco made with zucchini, chickpeas, tomatoes and more, this Moroccan Chicken recipe is easy to make in just one pan!

Ingredients

  • 2chicken breasts
  • ground black pepper,to taste
  • ground cumin,to taste
  • ½onion,sliced
  • ½cancherry tomato
  • cupwater
  • ½canchickpeas,drained, washed
  • 1zucchini,(courgette)
  • 1tbspharissa paste
  • 1tsphoney

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with pepper and cumin powder to taste.

  2. On medium-low heat, cook the chicken in oil with the onion for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring and turning occasionally.

  3. Add the cherry tomatoes, water, chickpeas, harissa paste, honey, and zucchini.

  4. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce slightly thickens.

  5. Enjoy!
