- 1red bell pepper,chopped
- 1green bell pepper,chopped
- 1lblarge shrimp,peeled and deveined
- 1Taco Seasoning
- 15ozcorn
- 15ozblack beans
- 1cupcherry tomatoes
- ½cupolives,chopped
- ¼cupcilantro,chopped

In a large skillet, add the olive oil and turn to medium high heat. Add the bell peppers and sauté until almost tender. Add in the shrimp and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until they are opaque and cooked through.

Add in the taco seasoning, corn, black beans, tomatoes, olives, and cilantro and mix until it is incorporated.
