In this meaty and cheesy chili mac recipe, we use tender ground beef, cheddar cheese, and thick tomato sauce. You’ll surely enjoy every spoonful.

  • ½smallonion
  • 2clovesgarlic
  • 1lblean ground beef
  • ¾lbdry macaroni noodles
  • 28ozcrushed tomatoes
  • 2tbsptomato paste
  • 3cupsbeef broth
  • 1beef bouillon cube
  • ½tbspsugar
  • ½tspdried parsley
  • ½tspbasil
  • ½tsporegano
  • 1tbspchili powder
  • ¾cupsharp cheddar cheese,shredded


  1. Set the pan over medium heat.

  2. Add onion, beef, and garlic. Cook until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

  3. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low and cover.

  4. Stirring occasionally, let cook for 13 to 17 minutes or until macaroni is cooked through.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve warm topped with cheese.
