How To Make Lime Shrimp with Mango Avocado Salsa

Tantalize your taste buds with this tangy lime shrimp dish, made with large plump shrimps, served with a colorful side of sweet mango salsa!

For Shrimp:

  • 1lbextra large shrimp,peeled and deveined
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • 1tspgarlic,minced
  • ¼cupcilantro leaves,chopped
  • 1lime,juiced
  • salt and pepper,to taste

For Mango Avocado Salsa:

  • 1cupmango,diced
  • 1cupavocado,diced
  • 1lime,juiced
  • ½cupred bell pepper,minced
  • ¼cupcilantro,chopped
  • ¼cupred onion,minced
  • salt,to taste



  1. Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat. Season the shrimp generously with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. Add the shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp are pink and opaque. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.

  3. Stir in the lime juice and cilantro.

Mango Avocado Salsa:

  1. Combine the mango, avocado, lime, bell pepper, cilantro, onion, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Serve with the shrimp, and enjoy!
