Ingredients

  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • ¼cupbutter
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 1lbmedium shrimp,peeled and deveined, uncooked
  • ¼cuplemon juice
  • ½tsppepper
  • ¼tspdried oregano
  • ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • ¼cupdry bread crumbs
  • ¼cupfresh parsley,minced
  • 8ozlinguine pasta,or pasta of choice, cooked

Instructions

  1. In a 10 inch skillet, saute garlic in butter and oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, and pepper. Cook and stir until the shrimp turn pink.

  2. Combine pepper, oregano, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and parsley in a small bowl.

  3. Sprinkle on top of the shrimp and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until it starts to brown.

  4. Serve with hot pasta, and enjoy!
