
How To Make Honey Dijon Ham and Swiss Chicken
This ham and swiss chicken skillet meal is a restaurant-worthy dish that doesn’t actually take too much time and effort to make.

- 4chicken breasts,boneless skinless, thinly sliced
- 2tbspolive oil
- ¼cuphoney
- 3tbspstone ground dijon mustard
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- 4slicesham
- 4slicesswiss cheese
- salt and pepper,to taste
Instructions

In a medium sized skillet over medium heat add olive oil. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and add to the pan.

Cook on each side for about 3 to 4 minutes until browned and no longer pink and cooked to 165 degrees F. Remove and set aside on a plate.

Add honey, mustard and garlic. Cook over medium heat until it starts to thicken. Add the chicken back to the pan and coat in the sauce on each side.

Top with ham and swiss cheese. Continue to simmer until cheese has melted on the top.
