How To Make Ground Beef Stroganoff
Enjoy a plate of beef stroganoff by whipping up our easy-to-follow recipe! It’s rich, savory, and can be whipped up in under 30 minutes.
Brown the ground beef, onion and garlic in a pan until no pink remains. Drain fat.
Add the sliced mushrooms, then cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in the flour, then cook for 1 more minute.
Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, then bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat, then simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
Remove the beef mixture from the heat, then stir in the sour cream and parsley.
Serve over egg noodles, and enjoy!
