
How To Make Ginger Vegetable Stir Fry
Not only is this stir fry dish pleasing to the eyes but it is also tasty. The strong, minty flavor of the ginger acts as the binder to all flavors present.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2tbspextra-virgin olive oil
- 2clovesgarlic,minced
- 5cupsvegetables,cut to bite-sized portions
For Sauce:
- ¼cupchicken,or vegetable stock
- 2tbspfresh ginger,grated or minced
- 1tbspcornstarch
- 1tbspsherry
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- pinchfreshly-ground black pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and stir fry for 1 minute. Add the remaining vegetables, and stir-fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a separate bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients.

Add to the stir fry, and continue cooking until the sauce is boiling.

Cook for an extra minute, then remove from heat and serve. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds if desired.
