How To Make Garlic Pork Chops And Peas
Ingredients
- 4 oz. pork chops, boneless
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups frozen peas
Instructions
- Warm a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with cooking spray.
- In a shallow dish, combine salt, ground pepper, onion powder, and thyme.
- Rub pork chops with seasoning mixture.
- Add pork chops to skillet and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until well browned.
