  • 1lb93% ground turkey
  • 3tbspred wine vinegar
  • 2tspsmoky paprika
  • 2tspancho chili powder
  • ¼tspcayenne pepper
  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • 1tspkosher salt
  • ¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
  • ¼tspdried oregano
  • ¼tspground cumin
  • tspground cloves

Instructions

  1. Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat, spray with oil and cook the turkey, breaking it up in small pieces.

  2. Season with garlic cloves, vinegar, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, oregano, cumin, and cloves, then cook for 10 minutes, until browned and no longer pink in the middle.
