How To Make Creamy Tuscan Garlic Shrimp
Whip up an easy 20-minute bite in this Tuscan garlic shrimp recipe. It combines large shrimp, tomatoes, and spinach that’s simmered in a rich cream sauce.

Ingredients
- 1½lbslarge shrimp,peeled and deveined
- 3garlic cloves,minced
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1cupheavy cream
- ½cupchicken broth
- 1tspgarlic powder
- 1tsp*Italian seasoning,(see Recipe Notes for recipe)
- ½cupparmesan cheese
- 1cupspinach,chopped
- ½cupsun dried tomatoes
Instructions

In a large skillet, add the olive oil and cook the shrimp and garlic on medium high heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside on a plate.

Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium high heat until it starts to thicken.

Add the spinach and sundried tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.

Add the shrimp back to the pan and serve over pasta, if desired. Enjoy!
