These mushroom pork chops put together with a creamy and rich mushroom sauce can be ready in 30 minutes and are perfect to serve on busy weeknights.

  • 4pork chops
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ½tspground black pepper,coarse
  • ½tspdried thyme
  • 1yellow onion,thinly sliced
  • 8ozbrown mushrooms,sliced
  • 10.75ozcream of mushroom soup,condensed


  1. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and thyme.

  2. Add them to a large skillet with a cover on high heat and sear for 3 minutes on each side.

  3. Add the onion and mushrooms to the skillet, and cook for 2 minutes until the onions are translucent.

  4. Pour the soup over the pork chops, onions, and mushrooms then cover the skillet.

  5. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 20 minutes.
