- ½lbraw tiger shrimp,peeled
- 1tbspHeinz tomato ketchup
- 2tspfish sauce
- 1handful cilantro
- ½redchile
- 1tbspfresh ginger,chopped
- 1clovegarlic
- 1tbspvegetable oil
Instructions

In a small bowl, coat the shrimp with the ketchup, fish sauce, cilantro, chile, ginger, and garlic. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok until it is shimmering. Fry the shrimp over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
