  • ½lbraw tiger shrimp,peeled
  • 1tbspHeinz tomato ketchup
  • 2tspfish sauce
  • 1handful cilantro
  • ½redchile
  • 1tbspfresh ginger,chopped
  • 1clovegarlic
  • 1tbspvegetable oil


  1. In a small bowl, coat the shrimp with the ketchup, fish sauce, cilantro, chile, ginger, and garlic. Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok until it is shimmering. Fry the shrimp over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
