  • 4 chicken breast, halves, skinless, boneless

  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat and add chicken. Saute for about 5 minutes each side until browned, then add milk.

  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours, uncovered. Remove chicken and use juices in skillet as a sauce.
