How To Make Breaded Pork Cutlets with Lime

Ingredients
- 4lean pork sirloin cutlets,thin sliced
- seasoned salt,such as adobo
- 2large egg whites,beaten
- ½tspsazon
- ½cupseasoned breadcrumbs,or gluten-free crumbs
- 1½tbspolive oil
- lime wedges,for serving
Instructions

Season the cutlets with ¾ teaspoon of seasoned salt.

Place the bread crumbs in a medium shallow bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with sazon.

Dip pork cutlets in egg whites, then the breadcrumb mixture, shaking off excess.

Heat a large nonstick frying pan on medium to medium heat. Add the olive oil and pork cutlets.

Cook for about 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and no longer pink in the center.

Serve with lime wedges, and enjoy!
