How To Make Breaded Pork Cutlets with Lime Recipe

Here’s how to make the easy classic home-cooked dish that is Breaded Pork Cutlets — a combination of crispy outside, and tender and juicy inside.

Ingredients

  • 4pcslean pork sirloin cutlets,thin sliced
  • seasoned salt,such as adobo
  • 2large egg whites,beaten
  • ½tspsazon,homemade or packaged
  • ½cupseasoned breadcrumbs,or gluten-free crumbs
  • tbspolive oil
  • lime wedges,for serving

Instructions

  1. Season cutlets with ¾ teaspoon of seasoned salt.

  2. Place bread crumbs in a medium shallow bowl.

  3. In another bowl beat egg whites with sazon.

  4. Dip pork cutlets in egg whites, then breadcrumb mixture, shaking off excess.

  5. Heat a large nonstick frying pan on medium to medium heat. Add the olive oil and pork cutlets. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and no longer pink in the center.

  6. Serve with lime wedges.
