How To Make Breaded Pork Cutlets with Lime

Sink your teeth into these crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside breaded pork cutlets, for a hearty and tangy meal!

  • 4lean pork sirloin cutlets,thin sliced
  • seasoned salt,such as adobo
  • 2large egg whites,beaten
  • ½tspsazon
  • ½cupseasoned breadcrumbs,or gluten-free crumbs
  • tbspolive oil
  • lime wedges,for serving


  1. Season the cutlets with ¾ teaspoon of seasoned salt.

  2. Place the bread crumbs in a medium shallow bowl. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with sazon.

  3. Dip pork cutlets in egg whites, then the breadcrumb mixture, shaking off excess.

  4. Heat a large nonstick frying pan on medium to medium heat. Add the olive oil and pork cutlets.

  5. Cook for about 6 minutes on each side, until golden brown and no longer pink in the center.

  6. Serve with lime wedges, and enjoy!
