Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan.

  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with taco seasoning. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.

  3. Grill burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to desired doneness.

  4. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each burger during the last minute of cooking. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill as well.

  5. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun. Top with salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, and shredded lettuce.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
