  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup of salsa
  • 1/2 cup of guacamole
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos, chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the chips, covering them completely.

  4. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.

  6. Top the nachos with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and any optional toppings you desire.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
