Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the refried beans over medium heat. Stir in the taco seasoning until well combined and heated through.

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.

  3. Spread the refried bean mixture onto the bottom of a serving dish.

  4. Top with the sour cream mixture, followed by the diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions.

  5. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

  6. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
