Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup of your favorite salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, combine the shredded chicken, salsa, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Cook over medium heat until heated through, about 5 minutes.

  3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet over medium heat.

  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a border around the edges.

  5. Add desired toppings, then fold the sides in and roll tightly to form the burrito.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
