How To Make Greek Chicken Burgers with Feta

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Tzatziki sauce, for serving
- Sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions, for topping

In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, feta cheese, red onion, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

Heat a grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken burgers for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Toast the burger buns on the grill for a few minutes until lightly browned.

Assemble the burgers by placing a chicken patty on each bun. Top with tzatziki sauce, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions.
