How To Make Greek Chicken Pita Wraps

Delicious and flavorful grilled chicken wrapped in soft pita bread, with fresh vegetables and creamy tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 Pita breads
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • Tzatziki sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness, season with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  2. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until cooked through.

  3. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice into thin strips.

  4. Warm pita breads in a microwave or oven.

  5. Add sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to each pita. Drizzle with tzatziki sauce.

  6. Wrap and serve hot.
