Greek Yogurt Honey Cupcakes Recipe

We make these delicious cupcakes using Voskos Greek Yogurt and topped with honey!

How To Make Greek Yogurt Honey Cupcakes

  • 1/2 cup honey (extra for topping)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt (Voskos, extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix honey and melted butter together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla and Greek yogurt.

  2. In another medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Slowly mix the flour mixture into the honey mixture until smooth.

  3. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full. Bake at 350° F for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry.

  4. Allow cupcakes to cool. Just before serving, top with Greek yogurt and drizzle with honey.
