Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak skewers in water for 10-15 minutes.

  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

  4. Add chicken to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

  5. Thread chicken onto skewers.

  6. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is cooked through.

  7. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt and feta cheese to make a dip.

  8. Serve skewers with yogurt-feta dip on the side.
