Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lamb ribs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly onto the lamb ribs.

  4. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Sear the lamb ribs in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.

  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast for 1.5-2 hours, until the meat is tender and cooked through.

  7. Remove from the oven and let the lamb ribs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
