Lusciously creamy and mouthwatering yogurt sauce coats juicy tomatoes, salty feta, and tender penne in this belly-filling pasta salad!

  • 16ozpenne pasta
  • 1cupkalamata olives,pitted, sliced
  • 2cucumbers,diced
  • 1cupcherry tomatoes,sliced
  • cupfeta cheese,crumbled
  • 1cupGreek yogurt,low-fat, plain
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • 1tbspfresh dill,chopped
  • 1tbsplemon juice
  • 1tspsalt
  • ½tspfreshly ground pepper
  • 1garlic clove,minced


  1. Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.

  2. Place in a large sized bowl. Add the kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add to the large bowl and toss all ingredients together.

  4. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
