Ingredients
- 16ozpenne pasta
- 1cupkalamata olives,pitted, sliced
- 2cucumbers,diced
- 1cupcherry tomatoes,sliced
- 1½cupfeta cheese,crumbled
- 1cupGreek yogurt,low-fat, plain
- ¼cupolive oil
- 1tbspfresh dill,chopped
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1tspsalt
- ½tspfreshly ground pepper
- 1garlic clove,minced
Instructions

Prepare the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Place in a large sized bowl. Add the kalamata olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt, olive oil, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic. Add to the large bowl and toss all ingredients together.

Chill for 1 hour before serving.
