How To Make Greek-Style Lemon Roasted Potatoes

These savory and zesty lemon roasted potatoes are well-seasoned, then roasted to tender perfection, for a more appetizing side!

Total: 1 hour 40 minutes



  • lbspotatoes,peeled, quartered
  • 4garlic cloves,minced
  • 1lemon,juiced
  • ¼cupolive oil
  • cupschicken broth
  • ½tsporegano
  • salt and pepper,to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Combine the garlic, lemon, olive oil, chicken broth, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  3. Place the potatoes in a greased 9×13-inch pan, metal preferred.

  4. Pour the chicken broth mixture over the potatoes.

  5. Roast for 45 minutes. Stir and roast for an additional 45 minutes.

  6. Serve warm, and enjoy!
