This bell pepper and feta bake recipe is a Greek-inspired vegetarian dip that you can serve with bread or as a side dish to your favorite entree.

  • 7ozfeta cheese,cubed
  • 3red bell peppers,finely chopped
  • 2small onions,finely chopped
  • 5tbspextra-virgin olive oil,or more to taste
  • 3tbsptomato paste
  • 3cloves garlic,minced or pressed
  • 1tspground sweet paprika,or more to taste
  • 1pinchfreshly ground black pepper,to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. Combine feta cheese, bell peppers, onions, olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, ground paprika, and pepper in a baking dish or casserole dish with a lid.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until vegetables are soft and cheese is melted. Remove lid and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
