How To Make Quick Tzatziki

Match a variety of dishes with this tzatziki, made with Greek yogurt, garlic, and cucumber, finished with olive oil and freshly cracked peppers.

  • 2cupsfull-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4clovesgarlic,peeled and minced
  • 1cupEnglish cucumber,seeded and grated
  • 1tbspfresh dill,not dried dill, chopped
  • 1-2tbspfresh lemon juice,to taste
  • 1tbspolive oil
  • ½tspsea salt
  • ¼tspfreshly-ground black pepper


  1. Stir all ingredients together until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
