- 4clovesgarlic,peeled and minced
- 1cupEnglish cucumber,seeded and grated
- 1tbspfresh dill,not dried dill, chopped
- 1-2tbspfresh lemon juice,to taste
- 1tbspolive oil
- ½tspsea salt
- ¼tspfreshly-ground black pepper
