  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pickled beetroot, sliced (for topping)
  • Fresh kale, chopped (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine the white beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer the hummus to a serving dish and top with pickled beetroot and fresh kale.

  3. Serve with pita bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
