How To Make Excellent Taco Casserole
Delightfully flavorful, this taco casserole made with corn chips, chili, plus cheese all topped with tomatoes, lettuce, and rich salsa is surely filling!
Ingredients
- 6cupscorn tortilla chips
- 2cupsvegetarian chili with beans
- 1cupcheddar cheese,shredded
- 2cupslettuce,shredded
- 2roma tomatoes,(plum chopped
- ½cupsalsa
- ¼cupsour cream
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the chips in the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish.

Pour the chili straight from the can over the chips.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until the chili is bubbling and the cheese is melted.

Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa in the pan, or after serving (if people are picky).
