- 2red bell peppers,finely diced
- 15½ozkidney beans,rinsed and drained, roughy 1¾ cups
- 15½ozpinto beans,rinsed and drained, roughy 1¾ cups
- 15½oznorthern beans,rinsed and drained, roughy 1¾ cups
- ½cupketchup
- ¾cupwater
- â…“cupdark brown brown sugar,unpacked
- 1tbspyellow mustard
- 1tspchili powder
Instructions
Instant Pot Directions:

Add the ingredients to the insert and stir them together well.

Place the lid and lock. Set to Manual, High pressure, and set for about 8 minutes.

Once finished, natural pressure for about 10 to 15 minutes, then quick release.

Slow Cooker Directions:

Add the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir them together well.

Cover and cook on Low 6 to 7 hours. Stir before serving.
