Ingredients
- 2 cans of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent and fragrant.

Add cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper, stir to combine.
