To make sauteed green beans, fresh beans are cooked in butter with garlic and various herbs and seasonings. You’ll only need 10 minutes to cook this.

- 3tbspbutter
- 1lbgreen beans,trimmed
- 2tspgarlic,minced
- 1tspdried Italian seasoning
- ½tspkosher salt
- ÂĽtspblack pepper
- 1½tbspchopped parsley,or basil, green onions, or dill
Instructions

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.

Add the green beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until just tender.

Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes, stirring constantly.

Sprinkle with parsley, then serve immediately.
