Ingredients
- 1 cup red kidney beans
- 2 tbsp butter, clarified
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsp coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garam masala, powder
Instructions
- Soak the red kidney beans in water overnight.
- Cook or boil in water in the morning.
- Drain the water.
- Heat clarified butter in skillet and fry cumin seeds in butter.
- Add onion, ginger garlic paste, and chili powder.
- Add chopped tomatoes, onions, and cooked beans to the mixture.
- Add salt and masala powder.
- Mix well and boil until it starts to thicken.
- Add coriander leaves.
- Before serving, add lemon juice.
