Ingredients
- 2 lbs pinto beans
- 2 onions , in a little stock , sautéed
- 1 green pepper , in the same stock , sautéed
- 2 tomato sauce, unsalted
- 1 frozen corn
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp chili powder
Instructions
- Prepare pinto beans as directed on package.
- Sauté onions and green pepper in a little stock.
- Add these to the beans, and then add tomato sauce, frozen corn, cumin, and chili powder.

- This can be made in a crockpot.
