
How To Make One Pot Pinto Beans

Ingredients
- 6¼cupswater
- 1cupchicken broth,condensed
- 2lbsdried pinto beans
- 5garlic cloves,chopped
- ½red onion,chopped
- 1tbspred pepper flakes,or to taste
- salt,or to taste
- 8ozmozzarella cheese,shredded
- 16ozpico de gallo,1 container
Instructions

Combine the water, condensed chicken broth, beans, garlic, onion, and crushed red pepper flakes into a large saucepan, and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Bring to a simmer, then cover.

Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3½ hours until the beans are soft.

Mash the cooked beans with a potato masher to desired consistency.

Stir in mozzarella and pico de gallo, serve, and enjoy!
