Ingredients
- 1 can kidney beans, (15 oz)
- 1 can pinto beans, (16 oz)
- 1 can pork and beans, (15 oz)
- 1 lima beans, medium
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ lb bacon
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 onion, medium
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
- salt and pepper , to taste
Instructions
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Open all the cans of beans and add beef and beans to crockpot.
- Fry, drain and crumble bacon and add to crockpot.
- Dice onion and add to crockpot with remaining ingredients.
- Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally.
