
How To Make Buttery Sauteed Green Beans
Done in less than 15 minutes, these sauteed green beans have a hint of tang from the lemon juice and a generous dose of garlic, for a tastier side to meals!

- ÂĽcupwater
- 1lbgreen beans,ends trimmed
- pinchcoarse salt
- 1tbspolive oil
- 2tbspunsalted butter
- 4garlic cloves,minced
- cracked black pepper,to season
- 2tbsplemon juice,freshly squeezed
Instructions

Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Combine the beans and water together with a good pinch of salt.

Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the beans and set aside.

Heat oil and butter together in the same pan. When the butter has melted, sauté the green beans for about 1 minute, moving them around in the pan to coat in the oil/butter mixture.

Add the garlic, another pinch of salt, and pepper and sauté until garlic is fragrant.

Immediately take off the heat, squeeze over lemon juice through, mix through and serve. Enjoy!
