  • 8 oz brie cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pitted dates, chopped
  • 1 cup candied walnuts
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the brie cheese until smooth and creamy.

  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the whipped brie until well combined.

  4. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, chopped dates, and candied walnuts.

  5. Spoon the whipped brie mixture over the salad greens and toss gently to coat.

  6. Serve the whipped brie salad with dates & candied walnuts immediately.
